Welcoming Two New Leaders to Planned PEThood of Georgia

We’re excited to announce that Marci Reynolds and Victoria Burns have joined the Planned PEThood of Georgia team! Their experience and leadership will strengthen our mission to provide affordable veterinary care and support to pets and their families.

Marci Reynolds – Director of Development and Marketing

Marci brings over 10 years of leadership in animal welfare and 20+ years of senior corporate experience to her new role. As Director of Development and Marketing, she will lead our efforts to secure funding through grants, corporate sponsorships, events, and individual giving. Marci will also oversee our public relations and media outreach to increase Planned PEThood’s visibility and strengthen our connection with the community.

Marci holds an MBA from Bentley University and a Nonprofit Management Certificate from Duke University—bringing a valuable combination of business strategy and nonprofit expertise to our team.

Victoria Burns – Community Outreach Coordinator

Victoria has over 10 years of experience in animal welfare and veterinary services. As our Community Outreach Coordinator, she will lead outreach events and oversee our Community Cat and TNVR (Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate-Return) programs—providing humane and effective solutions for managing feral and stray cat populations.

Victoria earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Georgia College & State University with a focus on pre-veterinary studies. Her passion for improving the lives of pets and their families makes her a great fit for this role.

Strengthening Our Mission

With their combined experience and dedication, Marci and Victoria will play a key role in expanding access to affordable veterinary care and supporting pets and their people across Georgia. We’re thrilled to welcome them to the team and look forward to the positive impact they’ll make.
