🐾 Pittie Party Success! 28 Pups Got the VIP Treatment 🐾

On March 14, 2025, Planned PEThood rolled out the red carpet for some seriously adorable VIPs—28 beautiful Pitties and their devoted humans—at our Pitbull Wellness Event in Duluth, Georgia! ❤️ Thanks to the generosity of an incredible anonymous donor, we were able to give these sweet pups the care they deserve without breaking the bank.

For just a $15 co-pay, these lucky pups scored the ultimate wellness package, including:
✔️ A nose-to-tail wellness exam 🩺
✔️ Vaccinations to keep those tails wagging 💉
✔️ Heartworm testing and preventative (because nobody likes worms!) ❤️
✔️ A shiny new microchip for extra peace of mind 🐶
✔️ A training scholarship (because good boys and girls deserve to shine!) 🎓

But wait—there’s more! 🐾 12 of these pups weren’t yet spayed or neutered, and guess what? Every single pet parent agreed to schedule a spay or neuter appointment! 🎉 And the cherry on top? Our amazing donor is covering the FULL cost of these surgeries. That means healthier pups, fewer surprise litters, and a big step toward reducing shelter overcrowding. 🙌

Let’s face it—Pitbull-type dogs face an uphill battle in Georgia shelters due to overpopulation and limited space. At Planned PEThood, we’re on a mission to change that. By offering affordable veterinary care and community support, we’re helping families keep their pets happy, healthy, and right where they belong—at home, surrounded by love. ❤️

A huge thank you to our generous donor and everyone who made this event possible. And to our Pittie families—you’re the real MVPs! 🥰

🐾 Together, we’re making a difference—one Pittie at a time! 🐾
