Meet Inky

Inky, a gray cat with green eyes, laying on a couch next to another cat.

****Special Needs**** Please read the notes on her condition before applying.

Sweet Inky was adopted from us nearly two years ago. Sadly, it was not her forever home. She was turned into a rural shelter when she became very sick. Luckily, we microchip all our pets so we were notified and quickly picked her up.

She was very sick but we made sure she got the care she desperately needed. It was eventually discovered that Inky was suffering from Neuro Feline Infectious Peritonitis. Sadly, she was unable to walk and was quickly losing her battle. Our vet team started her on medication in hopes of stopping the FIP and saving her life. It did just that! This miracle drug gave Inky her life back.

Sadly, some of the effects have been long-lasting. She has some nerve issues and has to wear a diaper, as she is unable to control her bladder. The diapers have NOT slowed her down one bit. She is an active, healthy, and happy girl who loves to run and jump around the house.

Inky is negative for FIV/FeLV, spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccinations.

If you would like to meet Inky and learn more about her, please contact her foster, Amy, at davenportal@gmail.com or text 770-367-3822

Will you help Inky find her forever home?
