Help for Hall County Residents and Their Pets
Community Outreach
Recently, Hall County pet owners and their pets received much-needed assistance. Planned PEThood’s outreach team worked with Hall County Animal Services to provide free veterinary care and supplies to pet owners in need.
This was Planned PEThood’s first community pet clinic in Hall County. Our team worked tirelessly to see 253 pets in just a few hours. We are thrilled that we were able to help so many dogs and cats receive free vaccines, microchips, flea preventative, pet supplies, spay/neuter vouchers, and more. Now, these pets have basic medical care and the opportunity to be spayed or neutered within the next few months. These events ensure the wellness of pets in the community and help with reducing the overcrowding pressures animal shelters face.
So many amazing organizations and volunteers came together to help make this event possible. Our team could not have done it without the assistance of Hall County Animal Services and the generosity of supporters like you. If you’d like to help support future community pet clinics, make a donation today. Other contributions were provided by Petco Love , Georgia Department of Agriculture , VEG , and Greater Good Charities .
The need for events like this was obvious as hundreds of people started to line up hours before the event even started. Due to the tremendous need and the large turnout, we hope to work with Hall County Animal Services again to continue helping pets and their families in Hall County in the future.
