From Rescue to Adoption: The Journey of Jewels and Her Kittens

Earlier this year, Planned PEThood welcomed a frightened young mother cat and her four tiny kittens from Newton County Animal Shelter. What followed was a months-long journey of foster care, veterinary treatment, growth, healing, and ultimately, adoption.

Our newest Rescue to Adoption video follows Jewels, Emerald, Sapphire, Jasper, and Carnelian through each step of that process, offering a behind-the-scenes look at what truly goes into saving vulnerable animals. Today, every member of the Jewels family is safe, healthy, and loved – a reminder of what is possible through community support and compassionate care.
