If you adopted a pet from Planned Pethood of Georgia and need to return your pet, please fill out the form below. We understand that circumstances may arise that make it impossible for you to keep your pet. Although we always take our animals back into our program if they have to be rehomed, we do have to have time to work them back into our system. If the animal does not have the temperament to be placed into a new home, or if the animal has a medical condition that we cannot afford to treat, we reserve the right to refuse the animal for return.
