A Big Day in Athens: 120+ Pets in Just 4 Hours

On September 20th, our Planned PEThood Outreach Team hit the road to Athens-Clarke County, Georgia, and the impact was incredible.

With the cost of pet care climbing, too many families face the heartbreaking choice between paying bills and providing basic veterinary care. That’s where we step in. 💙

At this one-day event, our team provided:

✔️ Free microchips
✔️ Free flea preventatives
✔️ Free pet supplies

In just four hours, we served 120+ animals — giving pets the protection they need and families the peace of mind they deserve. Every wagging tail and grateful smile reminded us why this work matters.
